How much deposit do I pay to secure your services

You pay £50 only and our services are booked for your special day

When does the total balance have to be paid by

Whenever you want, you can even pay on the day if easier

Is there a contract to fill out

Yes, a contract safe guards all parties so we all know what to expect from each other

Can I copy/distribute do whatever I want with the final images to whoever I like

Yes of course, your images will be copyright free for you to copy/distribute as you like to your friends and family. Monkeepuzzle Photography may use some of your images to promote our services

Are you insured

We have full public liability and professional indemnity insurance so everything is covered

Do I get a say in what images are printed in the photobooks

Yes, we recommend all clients to submit the image numbers they want printed. Clients can see all the images via the online gallery, once decided, just e-mail us with the image numbers you want inserted

What type of payment do you accept

We accept cheques, cash (on the day) or paypal

We see your style of wedding photography is photojournalistic capturing things as they happen on the day. If we want formal family portraits would you be happy to do that

Yes, we know that weddings are important family occasions, therefore we are happy to shoot family portraits. We do recommend that you keep the portrait list to a minimum (10 - 12 family shots) as long lists will stiffle our creative approach to telling the story of your day in a natural way

We would like a portrait session on the day with just the two of us away from the crowds, are you happy to do this

DEFINATELY!, we highly encourage it. We will find somewhere away from the crowds and get some creative images recorded. We do recommend at least 45 minutes doing this but we can squeeze it into smaller timescales if you are running short on time

What are the timescales on receiving our images after the wedding day

We state in our contract that you will receive everything between 4-6 weeks depending on the time of year. Your online web gallery should be up and running within 2 weeks to view and choose what images you would like inserted into your photobook.

What size is the photobook we will recieve with the package

The photobook measures 13 inches x 11 inches and is printed in the Netherlands by a top quality print company
