Personal Work
My passion for photography started when I was in a library and a I spotted a book by an iconic photojournalistic French Photographer. Henri Cartier-Bresson was the master of capturing natural moments in everyday life and making the images tell a story without words, just visual storytelling.
Below are images of my personal work whether in be shot with a top of the range canon DSLR, camera phone or an old film camera. Its important to realise that a good camera does not make you a great photographer, but a good eye and a sense of timing is a great start. I hope you enjoy and see what real photography is about, that snap moment in natural light about everyday life and scenes and not to get bogged down with whether the exposure is correct, or picture is sharp or sufficient depth of field is used. Just experiment, shoot and enjoy the process!.
